Secure Payment

This charge is a non-refundable deposit/payment for an Intervention. This fee is the cost of the intervention plus any expenses that accrued. There will be no refund on this fee after this page has been completed and submitted. The deposit will be paid prior to starting the intervention911 process. The balance will be paid the day of the Intervention.This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California in which Intervention 911 national headquarters is located.
